Directions For Use
Diffusion use: Use three to four drops of Rosemary oil in the diffuser of your choice.
Internal use: Add one drop of Rosemary essential oil to a Veggie Cap or take in at least four fluid ounces of liquid.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute Rosemary essential oil with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. See additional cautions below.
